  • Blueberries – 1 cup, fresh or frozen
  • Banana – 1 frozen (pre-chopped is easier for your blender)
  • 100% pure cacao powder – 2 tbsps
  • Pea protein powder – 2 tbsps
  • Plant milk – 1/8 cup to 1/4 cup, depending on fresh or frozen blueberries and preference
